The Ivydene Hotel has proudly served holidaymakers since 1909. Originally two Edwardian boarding houses, our home was thoughtfully transformed into a ten‑bedroom guest house, blending charm with modern comfort.

At Ivydene Hotel, hospitality is truly a family affair. We’re a proud family-run guest house in the heart of Skegness, where genuine warmth and thoughtful service come as standard.
Front of house, you’ll meet Claire and Kitty — a mum-and-daughter team dedicated to making your stay as smooth and welcoming as possible. From your first booking enquiry to your check-in and each morning at breakfast, one of us will always be on hand to greet you with a smile and assist with anything you need.
Behind the scenes, Daryl and Dave (dad and son-in-law) keep everything running like clockwork — taking care of hotel maintenance, guest comforts, and managing our on-site bar.
We fell in love with Skegness years ago, and when the opportunity arose to take over Ivydene, we poured our hearts into creating a cosy, welcoming space for guests to relax, recharge, and explore the Lincolnshire coast.
