HOW TO BOOK YOUR HOLIDAY |

Check that we have the correct
room(s) to suit your
party. |

Check the price list. |

Contact us either by phone, e-mail, writing or by using the
online enquiry form. |

If we have the correct room(s) on the dates you require, we
will let you know the price. |

If you wish to reserve the room(s) we will require a deposit of
£30 per room. |

Deposits can be payed by cheque, postal order or valid bank
or credit card. |

Bank or Credit cards can be accepted over the
phone. |

8 |
For security please do not send bank or credit card details
by e-mail or through the post. |

If posting a cheque or postal order please put your name and
address and contact number in the envelope. Cheques to be made payable to "Ivydene Hotel" |

On accepting your deposit we will send you a booking
confirmation. |

When the confirmation arrives please check all details are
correct. |

If any details are incorrect please contact us
immediately. |

13 |
If your party or room requirement changes please let us know
as soon as possible. |

In the event of cancellation please refer to our terms and
conditions. |
