Follow the A52 until you get to the A158, turn left and follow the instructions below

COMING TO SKEGNESS (FROM LINCOLN) ON THE A158:

Follow the A158 as far as you can go until you get to the mini roundabout opposite the Suncastle pub on the sea front (North parade).
Turn right at the mini roundabout heading south until you get to the clock tower.
Go straight on at the clock tower roundabout onto South parade.
Take the next turning right into Serena Road opposite the bowling greens
You will now see the back of The Ivydene Hotel on your right.

COMING TO SKEGNESS FROM THE SOUTH WEST (BOSTON) ON THE A52:

Follow the A52 until you get to the one way system after passing Morrisons garage on your right.
Go round the one way system until you have passed the Lumley pub on your right.
Take the next left after the taxi rank into Richmond Drive
At the next junction turn left into Sandbeck Avenue and follow this road to the other end
You should now see The Ivydene Hotel straight in front of you.

WALKING FROM SKEGNESS RAILWAY STATION OR COACH PARK

Both the coach and train stations are on Richmond Drive.
Cross over Richmond Drive, turn right and walk to the next junction.
At the the traffic lights turn left into Sandbeck Avenue, and follow this road to the other end.
You should now see The Ivydene Hotel straight in front of you.
