Terms And Conditions....

CANCELLATION POLICY

No deposits can be refunded due to administration and re-advertising costs.
If cancelled within 24 hours of check in time 100% of total cost of stay is required.
If cancelled within 7 days = deposit + 40% of total cost of stay is required.
If cancelled within 21 days = deposit + 20% of total cost of stay is required.
If cancelled with more than 21 days notice = deposit only is required.
We recommend travel insurance is arranged to cover any losses.

CHECK IN DETAILS

Early check in before 1:00pm: Rooms are normally available after 12:00am.
We can't guarantee rooms will be ready before 12:00 noon but, customers are welcome to drop off luggage with us as early as they wish.
Keys can be picked up early if available.
We will store luggage safely and take it to your room as soon as the room becomes available.

RECEPTION IS CLOSED between 1:00pm and 4:00pm.

No checking in available between these times.(except by special arrangement, please contact us)

Late check in after 4:00pm: Reception is open as normal.

CHECK OUT

Check out time is strictly no later than 10:00am on the day of departure.

EARLY TERMINATION OF STAY

In the case of a stay being terminated earlier than the agreed check out date, no refunds can be given.

CLEAN AIR POLICY

THE IVYDENE HOTEL IS A NON-SMOKING ESTABLISHMENT
This means no smoking is permitted anywhere inside the building.
This includes en-suites and the downstairs toilet.
Smoking is not permitted inside the front porch.
Smoking is not permitted out of the windows.

THIS IS THE LAW
ANYBODY FAILING TO COMPLY WITH THIS RULING WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY
NO REFUNDS
NO SECOND CHANCE

DAMAGE POLICY

Rooms are to be left as you would wish to find them.
Any damage or excessive cleaning will be charged for.

KEYS

Lost sets of keys will be charged at £80 per set. We urge guests to be responsible for keys at all times.

TAKE AWAYS

It is not permitted to bring take-away food into the bedrooms.

RUBBISH AND RECYCLING

We can recycle plastics, glass, newspapers and aluminium cans
We are only responsible for removal of the rubbish created from the items we supply,
Large items such as shoe boxes or toy packaging must be taken with you.

ALCOHOL

As we are a licensed establishment we can no longer allow drinks purchased elsewhere to be consumed on the premises.

WI-FI ACCESS

Access to the internet via wi-fi is currently a free service. It is limited however to collecting emails, internet browsing, and low bandwidth gaming.
Streaming is not allowed, nor is downloading of large files as bandwidth is limited. Any illegal activity is strictly forbidden and the management take no responsibility for such actions.
Any person abusing the wi-fi access, will result Immediate termination of the service.

CAR PARKING

Use of the car park is on a first come first served basis. Vehicles and contents park on the car park at left entirely at the owners risk.

DISABLED ACCESS

Whilst we do not discriminate against persons with disabilities. Due to the age and original layout of the building, we appreciate that not every individual case of disability can be provided for. We urge customers to discuss their particular disability with us in advance of booking to allow us to assess whether the hotel is suitable.
We will not be held responsible for any accessibility issue, that we have not been informed of in advance.
