The Ivydene Hotel is a fully non- smoking, family run guest house close to the seafront attractions, main shopping area, pleasure beach, nightlife and restaurants in the busy resort of Skegness, the premier resort on the Lincolnshire coast. Ideally situated for fantastic times whether it's the extreme rides at fantasy island, a day trip to butlins, a bracing walk along the sea-front, a challenging day on the golf course or a peaceful afternoon bird watching at gibraltar point.

The Ivydene has a licensed bar, offering four draft beers, John Smith Smooth, Carling Extra Cold, Strongbow and Kronenbourg and also a wide range of wines and spirits.
The Ivydene also offers a seperate dining room offering a hearty full english breakfast or lighter alternative and a choice of evening meal.
Vegetarian or special diets can be catered for if pre-arranged.
Ivydene also has a comfortable guest lounge with a cheerful atmosphere to make any stay a memorable experience.
The Ten bedrooms are all en-suite and range in size to suit either the single traveller or a larger family.
Everybody is welcome at the Ivydene from tiny tots to great grandmas, who come back year after year making Ivydene their seaside home from home.
