Double Rooms
Comfortable for couples
We have double rooms available on the ground floor, first floor and second floor of the building. All of our double rooms are equipped with en-suite shower, washing facilities and toilet, the rooms all have controllable heating, freeview digital TV, tea or coffee making facilities and are equipped with a hair dryer.
Our Upstairs Double Rooms are located on the first and second floor of the hotel and are decorated in a modern way with functionality in mind.
As with all of our rooms, our upstairs double rooms are equipped with fully en-suite facilities including a shower. The two upper floor double rooms are considered to be located in the most peaceful area of the hotel, and the lower floor rooms are more easily reached with only one staircase to climb.

Family Rooms
Comfortable Rooms For Friends
We have rooms available for twin occupants or families up to three persons.
Each of our twin / family suite type rooms is equipped with a double bed and single bed and are located on the first floor.
As with all of our room types, all of our twin rooms are fully en-suite, serviced daily and towels changed when required.
All prices shown for twin rooms are based on two adults and our prices for family suites based on two adults and one child unless stated.

Family Suites
Comfortable Rooms For Families
Our family rooms range in size to suit families from three to five persons and are serviced daily with a full towel change when required.
We have family rooms available on the first floor and second floor.
A space for a travel cot can be provided in some of these rooms.
Family rooms for three persons are equipped with a double bed and single bed. Family rooms for four or five have a double bed and bunk beds with an additional folding bed added to accommodate the fifth person.

A visit to Skegness would not be complete without a trip to the famous Parrot Zoo at Friskney.
The zoo is not only home for parrots, but is also home for a few other residents. The kids will love the cute meerkats, ring tail lemurs and giant tortoises.
