The Hotel
A Popular Skegness Guest House
About The Hotel
The Ivydene Hotel has been a popular choice for holiday makers since it first traded as a guest house back in 1909. The original Ivydene was one of a pair of three storey edwardian boarding houses which were amalgamated in the mid nineteen seventies to make a much larger establishment. Since recent modernisation, the Ivydene Hotel is now a tastefully decorated ten bedroom guest house with all rooms fully en-suite.
The Ivydene is located in a convenient location in a quiet residential area close to the main shopping area, nightlife, amusements and seafront attractions of the traditional seaside resort of Skegness.
Location
The Ivydene offers a small private parking area, and is very close to ample unrestricted on-road parking spaces. With its central location the Ivydene Hotel is only a ten minute walk from the Skegness Railway and Bus Interchange and just 200m from the nearest taxi office.
